The electrofolk’s duo Tall Heights brand new album Pretty Colors For Your Actions is a living and breathing record. The album finds the duo exploring a range of musical influences and emotions. The 11-track album is underpinned by the duo’s signature melodies, layered and shaped with live instrumentation and contemporary production to create the sonic universe that is Pretty Colors For Your Actions. The songs range from hard-hitting ballads (“House on Fire” & “Not Like It Was”) to hook-laden, synth-heavy numbers (“Oslo” & “White Frost”) to sprawling jams (“Over Now”) and philosophical trips (“Roanoke”). Pretty Colors For Your Actions is a uniquely original record that melds man-made instrumentation with grandiose, contemporary production.

Earning comparisons of their emotive harmonies and poignant lyrics to the likes of The Shins, Local Natives, and Lord Huron, the multi-talented singer songwriters, composers, and instrumentalists of Tall Heights are Paul Wright on cello/vocals and Tim Harrington on acoustic guitar/vocals. They grew up just outside of Boston and got their start busking on the city streets, eventually raising enough to fund their first EP. Tall Heights has amassed over 125 million global streams to date and after such achievements as playing Glastonbury, opening for The Chainsmokers at SXSW, and appearing on Conan, the band has no plans to slow down.
